SORECO is #HappyAtWork!
For our first participation, SORECO has been awarded the „HappyIndex® At Work“ label for 2023, coming 19th in the national ranking of companies with over 50 employees, with an overall score of 70.8/100.
Happy Index®at Work is a label developed by ChooseMyCompany®, which classifies companies as good places to work.
A ranking is drawn up each year on the basis of scores awarded exclusively by employees, who evaluate their company completely anonymously.
Employees who so wish answer 18 questions divided into 6 themes:
- Professional development
- Work environment
- Motivation & Management
- Salary & Recognition
- Pride
- Enjoyment
Aware of the importance of our employees‘ well-being, we decided to use Choose My Company® to evaluate ourselves.
Our employees highlighted the quality of human relations within the group, their pride in working for SORECO and the quality of the services we offer, their confidence in the management team and the values of our organization.
