For our first participation, SORECO has been awarded the “HappyIndex® At Work” label for 2023, coming 19th in the national ranking of companies with over 50 employees, with an overall score of 70.8/100.
Happy Index®at Work is a label developed by ChooseMyCompany®, which classifies companies as good places to work.
A ranking is drawn up each year on the basis of scores awarded exclusively by employees, who evaluate their company completely anonymously.
Employees who so wish answer 18 questions divided into 6 themes:

- Work environment
- Motivation & Management
- Salary & Recognition
- Pride
- Enjoyment
Aware of the importance of our employees’ well-being, we decided to use Choose My Company® to evaluate ourselves.
