Annual legal requirements
Our firm will establish the annual legal requirements of your company in Spain, Italy and Portugal:
- drafting of accounts in the form of the Trade Register,
- drafting of the minutes of the general meeting approving the accounts,
- drafting of the certification of these minutes by the directors,
- keeping of mandatory books (register of general meetings, register of associates, etc.)
- submission of all documentation to the Trade Register.
