Team SORECO

After more than 10 years of experience in French and Spanish firms, Stéphane founded SORECO in 2002, a firm specialising in advising French and foreign companies investing in Spain, Italy and Portugal. 

After more than 20 years of existence, SORECO now operates in 3 countries, 5 cities and has more than 70 employees and 500 clients.

Upon graduation, Xavier began his career in an accounting firm in Madrid. In 2002, he founded SORECO alongside Stéphane DERUY. After constant growth and the creation and support of various teams, he became the Director of the Madrid office. His 25 plus years of experience on important and complex cases is now available to the team of 35 people he supervises.

With more than 10 years of experience in international firms, in 2002, she joined forces with Stéphane DERUY and Xavier HECKLER in the creation of SORECO. Today, she assists our clients on issues of commercial law and business law.

Benoit joined the SORECO teams in 2017 after experience with several French firms. He has been Head of the social department of SORECO since 2019, where he leads a team of 15 people.

Following his D.E.C.F (Diplôme d’études comptables et financiers – Diploma in accounting and financial studies)/ D.S.C.G (Diplôme Supérieur de Comptabilité et Gestion – Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management) training and a first successful practice in a firm in the Bordeaux region, Alexis joined SORECO in Madrid in 2006 as an accounting assistant. After progressing as head of mission and obtaining the D.E.C. (Diploma in Chartered Accounting), in 2012 he supported the partners in the opening of the Barcelona office. Thanks to the constant growth of the office, Alexis now manages a team of 20 people.

After obtaining her D.S.C.G. in Toulouse and experience with several French and international firms, Caroline joined the SORECO teams in Madrid in 2017 as an accounting assistant.  After 3 years in the Madrid office, she joined the Barcelona office to support its growth and development. 

Perfectly trilingual, Caroline is Head of the International Desk for SORECO and supports our English, German and American clients.

A graduate of the KEDGE BUSINESS SCHOOL, after experience with several international groups, Anne-Sophie joined SORECO in Madrid in 2005 as Team Manager. She has been manager of the Lisbon office since 2015, and she and her team support our French clients in Portugal.

After having taken the D.C.G / D.S.C.G (Diploma in Accounting and Management / Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management) line and after a first successful experience in a French firm in Clermont-Ferrand, Cédric joined the SORECO teams in Madrid in 2016 as an accounting assistant. He evolved within the firm as head of mission before supporting SORECO in its development by taking over the management of the Milan office in 2019.

Chartered Accountant (Dottore Commercialista) and Statutory Auditor (Revisore Legale), David MICAGLIO has more than 25 years experience in Italian audit and accounting firms. After more than 10 years experience in Italian and international firms, David joined the SORECO teams in 2016 with the co-founding of the Milan office.

A graduate of ISCOM Lille and then INSEEC Paris, Solène had the opportunity to develop in large groups such as VINCI, Société Générale and Coca-Cola, where she held the position of Communication Manager. She joined the SORECO teams in 2021 to develop communication and recruitment.

After several successful experiences in various law firms, Alfredo PARDO joined the SORECO team in 2023. Currently, he advises our clients on matters related to Corporate and Business Law, with a particular emphasis on Corporate Law and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Moreover, his previous work experiences have enabled him to acquire substantial knowledge in other areas, particularly in litigation and public procurement.

Alexandra has a degree in Economics and she is a Chartered Accountant in Portugal (Contabilista certificado). Alexandra has over 20 years of professional experience in Portuguese and international accounting firms. After more than 15 years of experience, Alexandra joined the SORECO teams in 2017 to accompany the growth of the Lisbon office.
